Investor Magazine held its 10th annual Best
Insurance Companies 2010 on July1st, at Grand
Ballroom – Hotel Indonesia Kempinski Jakarta.
This year PT Prudential Life Insurance holds the
Trophy for The Star Performer Award in two
consecutive years.
The winners for Life Insurance Company
categories were PT Prudential Life Insurance for
assets above Rp 10 trillion, PT Asuransi Jiwa
Sinarmas for assets above Rp 5 trillion to Rp 10
trillion, PT Commonwealth Life for assets above
Rp 2.5 trillion to Rp 5 trillion, PT BNI Life Insurance
for assets aboveRp 1 trillion to Rp 2.5 trillion, and
PT Asuransi Cigna for assets above Rp 500 billion
to Rp 1 trillion.
For the General Insurance Company categories,
the awards were given to PT Asuransi Adira
Dinamika for assets above Rp 1 trillion, PT
Asuransi Jaya Proteksi for assets above Rp 500
billion to Rp 1 trillion, PT Asuransi Indrapura for
assets above Rp 250 billion to Rp 500 billion, and
PT Asuransi Harta Aman Pratama Tbk for assets
below Rp 100 billion.
PT Maskapai Reasuransi Indonesia was awarded
as Best Reinsurance Company 2010. For Special
Awards categories, the awards were given to PT
Jamsostek (Persero), PT Avrist Assurance, and PT
Chartis Insurance. The trophy for five consecutive
yearsaward was awarded to PT Asuransi Jaya
Proteksi.
Fuad Rahmany, Head of Bapepam-LK (financial
regulatory authority) graced the occasion as the
guest of honor.
